Our adult squad is the perfect place to improve your skills and technique. The sessions are delivered by one of our experienced coaches, who will tailor and adapt the sessions to your goals.

Cost

There are no lock in contracts, and we are happy to be flexible depending on whether you’re a committed all-year-rounder, or just want to swim casually.
